Executive Chef Geordie heartily welcomes you to Cin Cin! (pronounced Chin Chin!) The Italian toast "to your good health!" And just like our menu... it's Simply Italian.

At Cin Cin! we combine fresh, local ingredients with classic cooking techniques to create flavorful and healthful Italian cuisine.

You and your family are about to encounter a restaurant of healthy, organic, fresh and local produce presented as Simply Italian fare. Food that will not only be a pleasure to your palate but promises to be the best and most healthy preparation of Italian cuisine you have ever encountered!

After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Arts; making several trips to Europe and learning the secret of my Sicilian grandmother's organic red sauce (a recipe that goes back well over a hundred years!)... it all came together in Cin Cin! Simply Italian.
